Roles

You are the controller of the personal data in your content. We are the processor and act only on your documented instructions.

Scope and purpose

We process the personal data contained in the content and accounts you connect, for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Confidentiality

Our staff who handle personal data are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Security

We maintain technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and per-customer isolation. See our security page.

Sub-processors

You authorize the providers listed on our sub-processors page. We remain responsible for them and will notify you of changes so you can object.

Data subject requests

We help you respond to access, correction, deletion, and similar requests from the people whose data you process.

Breach notification

We notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting your data.

Deletion and return

On termination, we delete or return your personal data at your choice, subject to any retention the law requires.

International transfers

Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard for cross-border transfers.

Audits

We make available the information needed to demonstrate compliance and allow for reasonable audits.
