Workforce AI provides an AI employee for supported Zoom meetings, email drafting, messaging channels, connected business context, and configured multi-step tasks. Review behavior depends on enabled rules and workflow support.
Your account
Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you confirm you are authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of your company.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for anything illegal.
- Do not abuse the messaging channels or send messages without consent.
- Do not attempt to break, probe, or work around our security.
- Do not resell the service without a partner agreement.
Your data and content
You own your content. You grant us the rights we need to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to connect the data and accounts you connect.
AI output and approvals
The AI can propose drafts and actions. Enabled approval rules can hold designated actions for review. You are responsible for what you send, and AI output can be wrong, so check anything that matters.
Channels and consent
When you use SMS or WhatsApp, you confirm you have consent to message the recipients and will honor opt-outs.
Fees and billing
Plans are priced per user and billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You can cancel at any time.
Trials
Putting a card on file unlocks all of Pro to try. We tell you before any charge. No surprise charge.
Third-party tools
Your use of the tools you connect is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach. On termination, we delete or return your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that output will be error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
