Is there a contract?+
No. Paid plans are month-to-month, and you can add or remove seats as you go. Annual billing is optional, and it saves you two months.

AI credits cover the AI doing the work: drafting, chat, in-meeting answers, planning, and running tasks. Every plan includes a monthly pool. At ~80% you get a heads-up, then you top up with a $10 / $25 / $50 pack or upgrade. Nothing hard-stops on a paid plan.
