How do I calculate AI employee ROI?+
Multiply verified weekly hours returned by 4.33 and the loaded hourly cost of the person doing that work. Then subtract the plan, added usage, setup, and review-time costs. Measure a real workflow for at least two weeks; do not treat an illustrative estimate as a guarantee.
How is this different from ChatGPT, or a cheaper AI tool?+
ChatGPT is useful for prompted advice and one-off work, while point tools each handle a narrow job. Workforce AI connects recurring owner-side work across supported Zoom meetings, inbox drafts, follow-up, tasks, scheduling context, and client memory.
