Who we are
Workforce AI ("we", "us") provides configurable AI employees for small and mid-sized firms. Your AI employees work across supported meetings, inbox, and messaging workflows and use connected business context when it is available.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: your name, work email, company, and role.
- Content you connect: emails, calendar events, documents, messages, and meeting audio and transcripts, so your AI employee can do its job.
- Usage and device data: how you use the product, plus standard log and device information.
- Website and campaign activity: your IP address, general location, browser and device details, referral and campaign data, pages and forms used, cookie or similar identifiers, and conversion events.
- Payment details: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use your information to run the service, support configured drafting and actions, apply enabled review rules to designated actions, support you, keep the service secure, measure which pages and campaigns produce useful outcomes, improve the site, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your business content to train shared models.
AI processing and your approval
Your AI employee drafts replies and proposes actions. Configured workflows can route designated actions for your approval before release. Availability depends on the connected tool and workflow settings.
When we share
We share data with providers that run parts of the service for us, tools you choose to connect, and analytics and advertising providers that help us measure performance and reach likely customers. Those providers include Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, Microsoft, X, and NextRoll/AdRoll. We also share information where the law requires it.

Data isolation and security
We encrypt data in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest with AES-256, isolate each customer’s data, and default connections to least privilege. Workforce AI has completed a SOC 2 Type II examination. Request the current report and scope through our security page. Read more on our security page.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Where applicable, you may also opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information. Email privacy@hireworkforce.ai and we will respond within the timeframes the law requires.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and product. We also use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies for audience measurement, session diagnostics, campaign attribution, conversion reporting, remarketing, and advertising effectiveness. You can block or delete cookies in your browser and use the privacy and advertising controls provided by those services.
International transfers
Where your data crosses borders, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
Children
The service is built for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
