What authorization means

  • Only a phone number linked to a Workforce AI user can open the account conversation.
  • Transactional SMS consent is separate from optional marketing consent.
  • The employee uses the account context and configured approval rules.
  • Opt-out changes are recorded and enforced before later messages are sent.

Connection limits and requirements

  • This channel is for the account owner to reach the employee; it does not promise autonomous customer texting.
  • Carrier message and data rates may apply, and availability depends on plan access and country support.
  • A message cannot bypass the approval rules configured for external or sensitive work.
  • Unverified phone numbers receive a verification instruction instead of account access.

Yes, for registered users with a verified phone, the required plan access, and transactional SMS consent. STOP, START, and HELP controls are built into the live path.

Does SMS act without review?

The employee follows the approval rules on the account. External or sensitive actions covered by those rules wait for a person.

Does SMS share Company Brain?
