This is the owner's manual: what the product does, how to give it a good first job, where a person stays in control, and what Workforce AI does not claim today.
Start with the work, not the catalog
Choose one recurring job that has a clear beginning, a clear finish, and a result you can inspect. Connect only what that job needs. Keep the first external actions under review. Expand after the work is consistent.
- Name the recurring job.
- Choose the inbox, calendar, document, meeting, or tool that carries it.
- State what the employee may do and when it must stop.
- Review real, low-risk work.
- Measure the owner time, rework, and exceptions.

Product Guide versus Help Center
The Product Guide explains behavior and operating choices. The Help Center handles setup instructions, account questions, billing, and troubleshooting. Marketing pages explain why a buyer might care. Keeping those jobs separate makes every answer easier to trust.
