A meeting bot is useful when it knows why it is there, what it may discuss, and what you expect back after the call.
Two meeting modes
Workforce AI can join a supported Zoom meeting alongside you, or attend a specific Zoom meeting on your behalf after you give it a brief. In both cases it joins as a visible participant.
The alone mode is dispatched meeting by meeting. It is not a standing public line for customers to call.
Write the brief
State the meeting purpose, the facts it may use, the questions it should cover, and the subjects that must come back to you. A vague brief creates a vague meeting.
Include the result you want after the call: a factual recap, open questions, explicit commitments, or a draft follow-up.
Review the write-up
The post-meeting write-up is a working record, not flawless minutes. Compare important decisions and assignments with what actually happened before treating them as final.
- Confirm names and commitments.
- Separate decisions from open questions.
- Assign the person who owns each next step.
- Review any external follow-up before it is sent.
What is not supported here
The documented meeting-join workflow is Zoom. This guide does not promise Microsoft Teams or Google Meet attendance, an invisible notetaker mode, or perfect task extraction.
