What Workforce AI does not claim today

A dated, plain-English list of important Workforce AI boundaries and unsupported claims.

Product Guide explains how the product works. Help Center is for setup steps, account questions, and support.

A useful product guide says where the product stops. These limits are part of the buying decision, not fine print.

It does not run an autonomous customer line

Owner-side SMS and WhatsApp are private ways for the registered owner to reach the AI employee. They are not numbers the owner's customers use for autonomous answers. Workforce AI does not currently claim inbound phone or voicemail answering.

External email remains controlled

It drafts connected Gmail and Outlook email. Covered sends, replies, and external actions wait for the configured owner review.

Meeting attendance is Zoom

The documented live meeting workflow is Zoom. Teams and Google Meet attendance are not claimed. Post-meeting summaries are useful but not represented as flawless.

It does not replace licensed or accountable judgment

The product does not make legal, tax, accounting, medical, investment, insurance, hiring, underwriting, valuation, safety, or other professional decisions for the responsible person.

A connected tool is not a blanket promise

The integrations catalog shows available tool connections and representative actions. Exact availability, permissions, approval behavior, plan access, and provider limits must be checked in the current dashboard before a workflow depends on them.
