Approve or deny an action

  1. Open Approvals in the dashboard.
  2. Select the proposed action.
  3. Read the complete proposal and the system it will affect.
  4. Choose Approve or Deny.

The decision is saved automatically in your account.

Actions you may see

Approvals are commonly used for sending messages, changing CRM or project records, creating calendar events, publishing content, moving or sharing files, and other actions that change a connected system.

Reading and searching connected information can keep the work moving while covered changes wait in Approvals.
