Asana

Connect Asana from Integrations in the Workforce AI dashboard, then ask your AI employee to use it as part of a job. The action reference below is normalized from the current Asana toolkit reference into plain business language.

  • Create tasks from clear meeting commitments.
  • Summarize overdue work by owner.
  • Update a task after the work is reviewed.
  1. Open Workforce AI and choose Integrations.
  2. Find Asana and select Connect.
  3. Complete the provider sign-in or connection details shown on screen.
  4. Return to your AI employee and give it one clear job using Asana.

The provider controls which accounts and workspaces you can authorize. You can reconnect or remove the connection from the Integrations page.

Workforce AI applies its approval rules to actions that create, change, send, publish, move, or remove information. When an action needs approval, you will see it in Approvals before it runs.

Use the result you want and the record or audience involved:

Using Asana, create tasks from clear meeting commitments. Show me the result here.

For recurring work, add the timing, the information to use, and the finish line. You can save a successful job as a schedule when it should run on a regular rhythm.

Use the provider sign-in or connection screen shown by Workforce AI. OAuth providers keep your password with the provider.

Open Approvals in Workforce AI. Review the complete proposal, then approve or deny it.

Open Integrations, remove or reconnect Asana, and choose the account you want during the provider sign-in.

Yes. Once the connection and job work the way you want, tell your AI employee when the job should run.
