Send an overdue-work brief
Section titled “Send an overdue-work brief”Every weekday at 4:30 p.m., review overdue work in Todoist. Group it by owner and include the next action for each item.
Use the first result to fine-tune the wording, fields, or format. When it is right, keep the job available in chat or place it on a schedule.
Connect Todoist
Section titled “Connect Todoist”- Open Workforce AI and choose Integrations.
- Find Todoist and select Connect.
- Complete the sign-in or connection details shown on screen.
- Open your AI employee and give it one clear Todoist job.
Use Integrations whenever you want to reconnect Todoist or choose a different account.
Get a better result
Section titled “Get a better result”Name the result, the Todoist record or area involved, the audience, and the timing. Add the fields or format you want when they matter.
