Connect Xero from Integrations in the Workforce AI dashboard. Your AI employee can use the tools listed on this page when a job calls for them.
What you can do with Xero

Recipes

Section titled “Review open receivables”Use Xero to list open invoices by age, customer, amount, and owner. Draft the follow-ups that are due this week.
Prepare a weekly finance check
Section titled “Prepare a weekly finance check”Every Friday, review current Xero records and summarize items that need reconciliation, approval, or customer follow-up.
Use the first result to fine-tune the wording, fields, or format. When it is right, keep the job available in chat or place it on a schedule.
Connect Xero
Section titled “Connect Xero”- Open Workforce AI and choose Integrations.
- Find Xero and select Connect.
- Complete the sign-in or connection details shown on screen.
- Open your AI employee and give it one clear Xero job.
Use Integrations whenever you want to reconnect Xero or choose a different account.
Get a better result
Section titled “Get a better result”Name the result, the Xero record or area involved, the audience, and the timing. Add the fields or format you want when they matter.

Can Xero be part of a scheduled job?

How do I use another Xero account?
