Section titled “Confluence”Connect Confluence from Integrations in the Workforce AI dashboard, then ask your AI employee to use it as part of a job. The action reference below is normalized from the current Confluence toolkit reference into plain business language.
Good first jobs
Section titled “Good first jobs”- Find the right policy, note, or page.
- Turn approved information into a clean document.
- Update a shared knowledge page after review.
Connect Confluence
Section titled “Connect Confluence”- Open Workforce AI and choose Integrations.
- Find Confluence and select Connect.
- Complete the provider sign-in or connection details shown on screen.
- Return to your AI employee and give it one clear job using Confluence.
The provider controls which accounts and workspaces you can authorize. You can reconnect or remove the connection from the Integrations page.

Workforce AI applies its approval rules to actions that create, change, send, publish, move, or remove information. When an action needs approval, you will see it in Approvals before it runs.
How to ask for the work

Using Confluence, find the right policy, note, or page. Show me the result here.
For recurring work, add the timing, the information to use, and the finish line. You can save a successful job as a schedule when it should run on a regular rhythm.
Common questions

Section titled “Does Workforce AI need my Confluence password?”Use the provider sign-in or connection screen shown by Workforce AI. OAuth providers keep your password with the provider.
Why is a proposed action waiting?
Section titled “Why is a proposed action waiting?”Open Approvals in Workforce AI. Review the complete proposal, then approve or deny it.
How do I switch to another Confluence account?
Section titled “How do I switch to another Confluence account?”Open Integrations, remove or reconnect Confluence, and choose the account you want during the provider sign-in.
Can I use Confluence in a scheduled job?
Section titled “Can I use Confluence in a scheduled job?”Yes. Once the connection and job work the way you want, tell your AI employee when the job should run.
