Section titled “The result needs a change”Tell the employee what you expected and point to the part you want changed. “Use the newest price in Salesforce” or “make the customer reply half as long” gives it a useful correction.
A connected tool is not responding
Section titled “A connected tool is not responding”Open Integrations and confirm that the correct account is connected. Complete the provider sign-in again if prompted. Also confirm that the connected account can open the file, workspace, inbox, or record directly.
An action has not happened yet
Section titled “An action has not happened yet”Open Approvals. If the proposed action is waiting, review it and approve or deny it.
A Zoom meeting needs attention
Section titled “A Zoom meeting needs attention”Confirm the meeting link and time. If someone else hosts, ask the host to approve Zoom’s recording request after the AI employee joins. In a group meeting, call on the employee with “Hey” followed by its name.
