Connect Dynamics 365
Section titled “Connect Dynamics 365”- Open Workforce AI and choose Integrations.
- Find Dynamics 365 and select Connect.
- Complete the provider sign-in or connection details shown on screen.
- Return to your AI employee and give it one clear job using Dynamics 365.
The provider controls which accounts and workspaces you can authorize. You can reconnect or remove the connection from the Integrations page.

Workforce AI applies its approval rules to actions that create, change, send, publish, move, or remove information. When an action needs approval, you will see it in Approvals before it runs.
