Update the system after a decision
Section titled “Update the system after a decision”Use the approved meeting decision to update the matching record in Google Sheets, include the owner and due date, and show me the completed result.
Use the first result to fine-tune the wording, fields, or format. When it is right, keep the job available in chat or place it on a schedule.
Connect Google Sheets
Section titled “Connect Google Sheets”- Open Workforce AI and choose Integrations.
- Find Google Sheets and select Connect.
- Complete the sign-in or connection details shown on screen.
- Open your AI employee and give it one clear Google Sheets job.
Use Integrations whenever you want to reconnect Google Sheets or choose a different account.
Get a better result
Section titled “Get a better result”Name the result, the Google Sheets record or area involved, the audience, and the timing. Add the fields or format you want when they matter.

How do I use another Google Sheets account?
