Good first jobs
Section titled “Good first jobs”- Find available time for a meeting.
- Prepare a calendar event with the right attendees.
- Summarize the day’s schedule and meeting context.
Connect Calendly
Section titled “Connect Calendly”- Open Workforce AI and choose Integrations.
- Find Calendly and select Connect.
- Complete the provider sign-in or connection details shown on screen.
- Return to your AI employee and give it one clear job using Calendly.
The provider controls which accounts and workspaces you can authorize. You can reconnect or remove the connection from the Integrations page.

Workforce AI applies its approval rules to actions that create, change, send, publish, move, or remove information. When an action needs approval, you will see it in Approvals before it runs.

For recurring work, add the timing, the information to use, and the finish line. You can save a successful job as a schedule when it should run on a regular rhythm.
