Connect Chatwork from Integrations in the Workforce AI dashboard. Your AI employee can use the tools listed on this page when a job calls for them.
What you can do with Chatwork

Section titled “Turn a busy channel into a brief”Review the selected Chatwork conversation and summarize decisions, open questions, owners, and deadlines.
Prepare the team update
Section titled “Prepare the team update”Using the latest project activity, draft a short Chatwork update with what changed, what is next, and who owns each action.
Use the first result to fine-tune the wording, fields, or format. When it is right, keep the job available in chat or place it on a schedule.
Connect Chatwork
Section titled “Connect Chatwork”- Open Workforce AI and choose Integrations.
- Find Chatwork and select Connect.
- Complete the sign-in or connection details shown on screen.
- Open your AI employee and give it one clear Chatwork job.
Use Integrations whenever you want to reconnect Chatwork or choose a different account.
Get a better result
Section titled “Get a better result”Name the result, the Chatwork record or area involved, the audience, and the timing. Add the fields or format you want when they matter.
Common questions

Section titled “Where will I see the result?”Your AI employee returns the result in your Workforce AI conversation. Work that creates or changes information can also appear under Tasks for review.
Can Chatwork be part of a scheduled job?
Section titled “Can Chatwork be part of a scheduled job?”Yes. Once the connection and instructions work the way you want, tell your AI employee when the job should run.
How do I use another Chatwork account?
Section titled “How do I use another Chatwork account?”Open Integrations, reconnect Chatwork, and choose the account you want during sign-in.
