Email your AI employee

Every AI employee has an email address. Send it a new message or forward a thread. The employee reads the message, includes the attachments, does the work, and replies to you by email.

Only the owner of the Workforce AI account can use this address. A message from another sender is not accepted as an owner instruction.

Open Employees in the Workforce AI dashboard. The address appears on the employee card beneath the employee’s name.

Write the email the way you would write to a person on your team. Put the job in the first sentence. Include the result you want back.

Read the attached proposal and tell me which payment terms changed. Then write a short note I can send to the customer asking about the two changes.

You can also forward a long thread with a short instruction above it.

Tell me what we promised, who owns the next step, and whether the attached statement of work matches the final email.

Forward or attach the files that belong to the job. Workforce AI saves those files with the email conversation so the employee can use them in the answer. Calendar invitations are handled as meeting invitations when the message includes an ICS file.

Name the attachment when several files are present. If you want a comparison, say which version is older and which one is current.

Reply in the same email thread when you want to refine the answer. The employee keeps the thread together and uses the earlier messages in the conversation.

Email drafts watch a connected Gmail or Outlook inbox and place drafts in that inbox. Emailing your employee is a direct conversation with the employee. The reply comes back to you.
