Get started
Section titled “Get started”You can put your first AI employee to work in a few minutes.
1. Create your employee
Section titled “1. Create your employee”Open the Workforce AI dashboard, choose AI Employees, and create an employee. Give it a name, a role, and instructions that describe the work you want it to handle.
2. Connect one business tool
Section titled “2. Connect one business tool”Open Integrations and connect the account that contains the first job. Gmail or Outlook is a natural place to begin if the work starts with email. You can also begin with a calendar, CRM, project tool, or document system.
3. Give it one real job
Section titled “3. Give it one real job”Choose work you already know well. Tell the employee what result you want, where the information lives, and who the result is for.
Every weekday at 4:30 p.m., check my open customer follow-ups in Pipedrive. Send me a short list grouped by deal owner, with the next action and due date.
4. Review the first results
Section titled “4. Review the first results”Tell the employee exactly what to change. Once the result is right, keep using the job or place it on a schedule.
5. Open Approvals when an action is waiting
Section titled “5. Open Approvals when an action is waiting”Actions that need your decision appear under Approvals. Open the proposal, review it, and choose Approve or Deny.
