Memory lets your AI employee continue from earlier conversations, decisions, preferences, and completed work.

Supported chat, owner-side SMS and WhatsApp, email, and Zoom work can contribute to the context in your Workforce AI account. Conversations, approval decisions, and meeting records remain available so the work can continue.

Make memory useful

Section titled “Make memory useful”
  • Share stable company information and procedures.
  • Name the customer, project, or business record involved.
  • Correct outdated information directly.
  • Tell the employee which preference should apply every time.

When a source record changes, update the source and tell the employee what changed.
