What you can do with Box

Section titled “Find and summarize the right file”In Box, find the latest approved version of the client proposal. Summarize the commercial terms, open questions, and next deadline.
Create a clean project handoff
Section titled “Create a clean project handoff”Use the reviewed project notes to prepare a handoff document in Box with the decision, owner, due date, and links to supporting files.
Use the first result to fine-tune the wording, fields, or format. When it is right, keep the job available in chat or place it on a schedule.
Connect Box
Section titled “Connect Box”- Open Workforce AI and choose Integrations.
- Find Box and select Connect.
- Complete the sign-in or connection details shown on screen.
- Open your AI employee and give it one clear Box job.
Use Integrations whenever you want to reconnect Box or choose a different account.
Get a better result
Section titled “Get a better result”Name the result, the Box record or area involved, the audience, and the timing. Add the fields or format you want when they matter.

Can Box be part of a scheduled job?
