1 · Set up SMS (opt-in, STOP/HELP)

Texting is explicit opt-in, so it is you who turns it on.

In Settings → Channels, add your mobile number.

Reply to the confirmation text to opt in.

Text it like you would text a coworker: "draft a reply to Dana," "what is on tomorrow?"

Reply STOP any time to end messages, HELP for help. Standard message rates apply.

2 · WhatsApp and chat

If your day runs on WhatsApp, connect your number the same way and it answers there, with everything it knows in tow. In-app chat is always on in the dashboard, no setup at all.

3 · Reach it from any channel

It is one employee, not four bots. Ask about a client over text in the morning and pick the same thread up over email in the afternoon; the context and the memory follow you across channels.
