Connect SharePoint

1. Open Workforce AI and choose Integrations.
2. Find SharePoint and select Connect.
3. Complete the provider sign-in or connection details shown on screen.
4. Return to your AI employee and give it one clear job using SharePoint.

The provider controls which accounts and workspaces you can authorize. You can reconnect or remove the connection from the Integrations page.

Workforce AI applies its approval rules to actions that create, change, send, publish, move, or remove information. When an action needs approval, you will see it in Approvals before it runs.

Open Approvals in Workforce AI. Review the complete proposal, then approve or deny it.

How do I switch to another SharePoint account?

Open Integrations, remove or reconnect SharePoint, and choose the account you want during the provider sign-in.

Can I use SharePoint in a scheduled job?

Yes. Once the connection and job work the way you want, tell your AI employee when the job should run.
