Teach it your business once.
Connect your tools and hand it the documents you would give a new hire. From then on it works from what you gave it.
Teach it your business once.
Connect your tools and upload the documents you would give a new hire. It works from what you gave it.
1 · Connect your tools
Start with your inbox and calendar; they carry most of the context. Then add the tools where your work actually lives: your documents, your CRM, your project tracker, any of the 60+ integrations.
Each connection is a few clicks through a secure sign-in, and each one makes its answers sharper, because there is more of your business to ground them in.
2 · Upload knowledge documents
Open your employee under Employees and add documents: the price sheet, the service list, the FAQ you answer every week, the onboarding doc you hand new hires.
From then on it answers from those files, the same way a person would say "that is on page two of the rate card."
3 · Where its answers come from
Configured workflows can use uploaded documents and the business context their connected tools make available.
Supported email, SMS, WhatsApp, dashboard chat, meetings, and uploaded knowledge contribute to one account-scoped memory.
