1 · Encryption and isolation
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Your workspace is isolated per customer, and your data is never used to train shared models.
Access inside your team is governed by roles and permissions, so people see what their seat allows and nothing more.
2 · SOC 2 and HIPAA
Workforce AI is SOC 2 audited, and data handling is HIPAA compliant for firms that need it, with a BAA available. We publish the vendors that help run the service and update the list when it changes.

3 · Manage data and deletion
You can disconnect any integration at any time, export your data, or ask us to delete it; deletion requests are honored across backups on the published schedule.
And because sensitive actions wait for approval and everything is logged, you always know what your AI employee did and when.
