1 · Encryption and isolation
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Your workspace is isolated per customer, and your data is never used to train shared models.
Access inside your team is governed by roles and permissions, so people see what their seat allows and nothing more.
2 · SOC 2 and HIPAA
Workforce AI has completed a SOC 2 Type II examination and is HIPAA compliant. Customers on an eligible plan can request a BAA. We publish the vendors that help run the service and update the list when it changes.

3 · Manage data and deletion
You can disconnect any integration at any time, export your data, or ask us to delete it; deletion requests are honored across backups on the published schedule.
Supported approval proposals and decisions are written to a reviewable history, so you can see what was proposed and how it was handled.
